when you get home, lay on a heating pad..

Get a new bed, my bed was the prob. for my back pains..unless your working out or soemthing

first, you need to make sure it’s not your heart that’s causing this upper back pain. if not, then I recommend tylenol with codeine or just the advil liquid tablets. maybe you should consult your doctor.

I have upper back pain i i see a specialist. The pain is nera my right shoulder blade and some days it’s so bad i bang my back on a wall. The spacialist has an idea i may have a bulge on my disc which is touching the nerves in my back. Some of the excercise’s they gave me was to place a ball on the sore spot, lying on the floor and using my feet thrust slowly back and forth on the ball. Another is the get on all fours then arch your back up then dip your back, I found this effective it may not work for you. Do as much excerise as possible. If it gets worse i would seek medical advice.
    Good Luck
