I have to stretch my chest mainly in the morning and it will pop like my fingers, Often when i sneeze it will pop also. And my arm also hurts at times when i sneeze.

I get the arm ache when I sneeze sometimes, but my chest has never popped.
I also get a sneezing ache “down there” often. My sneezes are actually violent,as opposed to my fiancee.She holds hers in, which drives me crazy. I believe that holding in sneezes could cause other issues.

Question by draecoiram: in the course of menstration, is it typical to have cramps other than in the uterus spot?

for example, (sorry, kinda gross!) i always get crampy bowels & get diarrhea, and my abs & back tend to cramp up occassionally. does this take place to any person else? is it standard, or does it level to some thing like endometriosis?

It is regular. It happens to me too. I think it occurs to most women. I wouldn’t be concerned about it. I guess its just yet another joy of becoming a females 🙂

Biologically, what triggers us to really feel these factors. I know that chemical compounds in the brain enable us to feel emotions, but what exactly causes the “pain” that we can’t genuinely location that happens inside?
