Discomfort in legs, ankles, and back from continual uncontrollable contorting and stretching. Med advice?

Question by kt: Discomfort in legs, ankles, and back from continuous uncontrollable contorting and stretching. Med advice?

As a little one and teen I seasoned what physicians referred to as “growing pains”. This discomfort has continued into adulthood. I am now in addition to the pain experiencing a continual want to contort and stretch my legs, feet, and back. I get Perhaps four hrs of rest at evening at most simply because I can’t get cozy. I also have this feeling during the day, all day extended. My thoughts is exhausted but my entire body is in continual need of motion. My knees, ankles, hips and back are very unpleasant, probably as a outcome of the constant movement.

Anybody experiencing equivalent symptoms? I have an appt with a nuerologist in 2 weeks for doable RLS. Any person have any med suggestions??

I should also add that I have a shower only, so I can’t soak my legs in a hot bath. I do not consume caffeine soon after the morning. I do yoga and also massage my legs day-to-day. I take a womans daily vitamin and DO get sufficient potassium.

I by no means believed the increasing pains either, it was suppose to buy them time right up until the pains stopped hurting. Your back muscles should be tight and when you have tight muscles in your lower back the muscles can touch the nerves going to your legs that can cause pains and I would feel also the rls. To get rid of these pains you have to free up the muscles in your back and here’s how to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Spot your left hand on your left leg next to your physique. Spot your proper hand more than your left shoulder, fingers more than the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. Soon after 30 seconds slowly lower your physique forward and to the outside of your left leg, trying to keep your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you attain your lap remain there for an additional ten seconds, release the strain but rest there for yet another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your correct side.
If you are feeling exhausted you might have tight muscles in your neck for tight muscles will not only give you neck discomfort but can restrict what is going in and out of your brain, even the blood. When you get a reduced oxygen level in the brain you will really feel tired for unknown causes. The subsequent step would be feeling dizzy and the final step is passing out. To get rid of this issue you have to free of charge up the muscles in your neck and here’s how to do that:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle beneath your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers with each other and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, gradually reduced your head as far as you can, release the stress but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds. For the two- for best outcomes take it easy your entire body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then continue to be this relaxed.
