How far along are you? If you are cramping that negative, you should phone your physician and let them know. I have numerous friends and sisters who have had babies and none of them experienced serious cramping as element of morning sickness. A single of my sisters had really undesirable cramping and nausea proper before she delivered at 6 months pregnancy. Go see your physician and make sure that all is fine.

Morning sickness is such a vague term. Every woman feels differently & it hits at different times.

Personally, I didn’t experience bad morning sickness until about 12 weeks. But that doesn’t mean you’re not pregnant.

It’s possible you’re coming down with the flu or something similiar. The cramps could be implantation or pre-mentstrual or gas.

Well I had the worst morning sickness that I know of. I threw up at least 8 times a day for eight months. Nothing stayed down except water and fruits. And when I threw up I peed on myself at the same time. At three months I started spitting. I couldnt swallow my spit because that made me throw up as well. I had to sleep with a bucket to spit in and I had to walk around with a spit cup. Then I slept all day and was up all night. My feet were so swollen I look like eddie murphy in the nutty professor. In the long run it is all worth it.

i had alot of nausea with all 4 of my pregnancies. I had a m/c in the 90’s with a former spouse. Then I had my first child.. then another m/c.. then my twins. Each time I had horrible nausea, but very little vomiting. I hope this helps.
