That would possibly scare the crap out of me as well. Why do not you go to the medical doctors and request them.

Type in “round ligament pain” into google
The description will most likely relate to the symptoms your having.
Not sure about the shooting pain in your anus, that could be unrelated to your pregnancy.
Im currently 7 weeks and having random achy like pains in my left and right sides and some cramping, it is just round ligament pain which is just your uterus stretching.

I would get that checked out if I were you then you will find out what’s going on. Better safe then sorry & good luck!

First off… try to relax. It’s perfectly normal for you to have cramping pains. it could be a condition called PCS (Pelvic Congestion Syndrome) This is caused by varicose veins in and around your genital area. Which is probably also the culprit of your “other” pain. Which those are aka Hemorrhoids. Welcome to pregnancy!! For treatment options, you should ask your doctor, but it really is nothing to worry about. It’s a fairly normal condition that a lot of women experience.

I highly suggest you buy the book “What to Expect When You’re Expecting”. It will answer most of your pregnancy questions. I know it save me a lot of needless worry! Hope this helps.

I’ve been having the same shooting pains, although I’m 37 weeks pregnant. From what my midwife said its the body preparing for labour. However at 2 months it would be way too early for that – could just be piles. If I were you I would go see a doc straight away, if by the off chance your body is trying to go into labour there are drugs which can stop it in its tracks.

get checked out and as for the pain in your anus i got that sometimes in this pregnancy but it wasnt really painful and just lasted a few seconds, however i did have a miscarriage and d&c in september and in the days afterwards i would get it really badly after i drank a hot drink i dont know what it is but there might be something sore up in that area or could just simply be something like hemerroids
