Poor encounter with chiropractor?

So I am 18 a long time outdated and I’ve been getting back ache for the fast 4 many years now. I went to this private (worked out of his property) chiropractor in hope to make my back much better. Correct soon after his “treatment” he asked me if all felt okay. I mentioned yes, because I did, but I also felt sort of fragile walking out to the auto. Two days later on I’m hurting in areas on my back that I did not harm just before I saw this physician and the discomfort has intensified. I experience his remedy was bad, made my back worse, and he does not deserve his $ 50. What can/ need to I do?

some individuals like myself cant stand the chiropractor it made me worse also i went twice and never went back i would recommend not to go to him any longer and just get a complete physique massage when your hurting.

You can’t just blame a chiropractor because usually spine problems tend to spread throughout the back area through the spine nerves. If you are not satisfied with the performance of the first chiropractor then look for some experienced chiropractor and ask him to first identify the cause and diagnose it accordingly. What most people do not know about chiropractic “adjustments” (just violently cracking your spine) is the damage it does to the surrounding soft tissue,especially the supporting ligaments. Chiropractors are not doctors and have little training in when and when not to crack some one,they just crack every one that comes in the door. Hmm.. this is really a bad experience. You know before going to a prospected chiropractor, you should have asked any of your relatives or friends about their testimonies of that particular chiropractor. You should be vigilant for the next time around because it talks about your health.
