I’m 20 years old, I excersize, but I have chest pains the place my heart is?

December 28th, 2013

Query by Malcolm: I am twenty many years outdated, I excersize, but I have chest pains where my heart is?

Im kinda worried about it..
I am a male..I excersize, I have incredibly quick metabolic process, I’m genuinely thin and tall.
but Im concerned, what do you think the ache in my chest the place my heart is?
Often it just randomly hurts like in the morning when I get up.

effectively it could be due to exhaustion or that you are taking some diet plan that impacts your heart immediately ie taking also a lot fats.

seek advice from a physician for further support,it may well be serious

better have check up with a cardiologist. he get you to do a threadmill test where he will let you to run or walk depending on your capability as fast as you can and grade you accordingly.

because you are only twenty, exercise and maybe hopefully have a healthy diet, you are still growing. while your body is still developing to it’s fullest size, and because you did not mention what time of day or night your chest hurt could be when you are exercising, so it will be hard to give a very good prognosis. it is easy to make an incorrect information. our heart is an organ and is a part of our body. there are many reasons why we hurt here and there – so

don’t be too worried yet. after you see a doctor, then you will have more information to refer to.

Can U alter your question to give additional details..WHY?
Pain of a heart problem is felt in the middle top of the chest NOT to the side.
However, pain or a thickening felt in the middle of the chest is also a symptom of Stress (anxiety
    Arm pain:
If u have a heart problem, yur left arm will feel very heavy and a dull pain in fthe arm.
Anxiety also gives arm “pain” I say ‘pain” in “””” because the pain felt is more like a muscle soreness and U may an idea yourself that its also coming from the shoulder blade.

Anxiety also sometimes gives a “pain” like a sharpness to the left side of the body (heart)
I think, since U have mentioned exercise, that U have perhaps strained a heart muscle ONLY.
Give the exercise a rest for three days and see how it is after the three days.
JUST as “something” to throw into the “melting pot”.
Perhaps U might examine the condition of your bed or its mattress.(not a joke)

if same quality of pain both after exercise n in rest then there r no chances of its cardiac origin, but better to get EKG n Treadmill done to rule out any ischaemic condition.
