For guys who (like me) really like to go to the fitness center. Just need to have some advise right here. Recently, i was experiencing terrible back and leg pain right up until my medical doctor diagnosed that i have herniated lumbar disc or a ”slip disc”. So, do i have to stop operating out in the health club? lifting weights? quit jogging? and does my goal having perfect abs will go down the drain? (bummer, huh)

I’ve had a slipped disc prior to! It’s Main Pain! Mine was so bad I nearly passed-out from the pain! It took about two strong weeks to heal from it.
Your doctor and a weight trainer would be the two best people to ask for advice to continue operating out in the gym. I realize that specific workout routines can in fact Increase the strength of your back thereby negating any more chance to long term discs slipping.
Seriously. . .get “professional” suggestions just before you give up the gymnasium altogether or proceed with debilitating benefits!
