Yes it can and it can be really scary and significant but any new or sudden chest soreness must usually be checked out, excellent luck.

    No.

    Muscle cramps are the result of low salt.

    Heart pain (not really “heart pain”, just pain in the heart region of the chest) is caused by dehydration (including low salt).

    Breathing difficulty is also the result of dehydration, particularly low salt.

    Dehydration is the cause of 99% of health problems, including pain. There are those that don’t agree, but these are the people who can’t keep their nose out of the textbooks long enough to actually prove whether it works or not – like doctors and gun-ho medical students.

    Ignore the water and salt guy. How that would replace a damaged or muscle frozen in place I have no idea.

    Muscle cramps can be mistaken for chest related pain. People recovering from surgeries sometimes find this out when they hold their shoulder too still for a few weeks. There is a significant difference in the pain because muscle cramps are usually sharper, shorter and motion related.

    yes however a doctor should determine this since it also could be something wrong with heart,lungs ect ect
    seek medical advice from a doctor
