Stop Back Pain: End Chronic Back and Neck Pain

9 weeks pregnant and reduced spine hurts. What can I do?

Question by Maria: 9 weeks pregnant and decrease spine hurts. What can I do?

It really is not the ominous “decrease back discomfort…” it just feels like my back wants to be cracked proper at the base of my spine. I am quite sure it really is connected with the pregnancy. It really is been going on for about four days and obtaining worse.

Very best solution:

  • Well, usually when a women is pregnant her back hurts a lot. Having someone massage your back will help. Don’t worry. When my aunt was pregnant, her back hurted a lot too. She would get people to do a massage for her and she would feel a lot better even though it still hurt. Try getting someone to massage it a couple times. If that doesn’t help tell a doctor. The doctor might know the problem. Usually, it’s just stress that causes that but sometimes it can be different. It’s nothing to worry about because when a women is pregnant she gets a lot of back problems. Don’t woryy and good luck!!!

  • It does have to do with your pregnancy and it does get worse so deal with it, if it’s bothering you take some Tylenol to get rid of the pain other then that deal with it. I’m 10weeks and I’m dealing with it, my lower back and my hips hurt and i know it’s all going to get worse, all a part of pregnancy. So stop your whining

  • I’m 31 weeks and the only thing that saves my sanity is my Chiropractor! I had a very bad car wreck at 7.5 weeks (my whole car was totalled), not wanting to take anything I started seeing a chiropractor. My OB not only approves it but says it’s a good thing and makes for an easier labor/delivery. You’ll be amazed at how much it helps!
