I have been useing a heat pack on my stomach and back but I was recently told that its not good for the baby. I know ones you boil aren’t good but this one just heats itself up. Please someone tell me if this is ok to use or not.

mom of 3 asked:

My mom has had a constant pain in the bottom right side of her back ever since she had a field service job (where she drove a lot) about 20 years ago. Driving and sitting for long periods of time make it worse. Has anyone had this or know what it could be?
The pain runs down her thigh and leg

Are lower back pain and slight cramps signs?

March 28th, 2009 2 comments
shelby. asked:

I’ve had a few other symptoms that I have asked about. But, I woke up with slight cramping. For a few days I’ve been having lower back pain. Like the kind you get on your period. The strange thing is I’m not expecting my period until the 26th.
No bleeding.
